confusing guy

ok so i really just want to know what is up with this guy because i have never had a guy do this to me before where he will constantly look at me when i am nearby but when i try actually talking to him he will not look me in the eye or not at all and he will mumble any response he has and makes it seem like he wants me to leave as soon as possible so i just want to know if he has a problem with me cause he has other girl friends and he talks to them like normal but not me and i only know him because i know his best friend...soo any ideas?oh and plus he is not the shy type of guy he actually seems pretty confident.

This seeem so close to my situation Lol.
Im VERY shy around this girl, but very okay and going with others, i dont know maybe its just that in afraid to say something wrong...:p
