Look, the average vagina is only 3 to 4 inches deep so if you are 4" you're fine. If she laughs means that she has TOO MUCH experience with dicks or that she's interested in your penis and not in you.

I'm 17 with a 4" penis and I've been with a few girls, some have laughed and some haven't, far less girls have laughed than guys have. I learned not to rely on my penis when it comes to satisfying girls, and they never laughed at me again once I was done with them :p

I agree with Fast8. Maybe you are not comfortable enough with your body yet, so it might be a good idea to wait a while before becoming sexually active with a girl. I would be pretty embarrassed if a girl was rude enough to laugh at my penis.
