well i went to the hospital last night because i had a headach that was so painful it was blinding me also i have a runny nose and a cough that is starting so that is hell for me it always hot as shit i can't wait til this shit passes wish me me luck

That sounds like a really severe one, the most I get is just 'head pressure' a cough' and stuffy nose. and in worst cases I'll get the chills too.

Im prone to them so I know how they can feel. Goodluck.

I'd suggest sleeping either in a room with a lower temperature, or setting up a fan near where you rest, while maintaining at least a thin blanket over you. Try and rest as much as possible. I'd suggest some light medication such as Tylenol or Advil Sinus Relievers. Drink plenty of fluids, and try not to do any heavy exercise. If you have a headache, I'd suggest staying away from dark rooms with electronics in them, which will just make it worse.

Well I had a serious one after surgery on my face to repair severely damaged bones. I went to the er and they prescribed me levaquin. Worked great. Idt its the same as one from a cold tho. Mine was caused by foreign material.
