I noticed my moods have been all over the place. I know my hormones are the cause, but it seems I can't really get control of it.

Any advice on what I should do?

I find just being aware that you may be in a bad mood helps to catch yourself a bit before you say or do something that you are only doing because of your mood.

Oh and making sure you arent hungry and have a good blood sugar level helps to! :)

I try and not to react too quickly in certain situations - taking a deep breath, and thinking before saying anything. And having a good scream afterwards in private is good too!

Find an outlet like music or an extra curricular activity

I would say get ur frustrations out playing sports or work out-
run-play video games.

I have the same problem. Exercising or doing something enjoyable helps!

Try to keep controls and know what you are doing

For me sleep plays a big factor

Learning self awareness does help alot with that
