There's no limit other then your own common sense and whether or not you think you're making someone uncomfortable by talking about them. My guess is people don't want to be spoken publicly about unless you ask them, but that's just me. If you're not sure, always ask them first.

There are no official "limits", however as Steven basically said, common sense is a good place to start.
You obviously wouldn't want to post something that is publicly embarrassing to another member, and the best advice I can give is simply to not post something mentioning another member that you wouldn't want them posting about you!
