A lot of and for me personally my legs tend to shake a little bit and my neck tends to go right along with my back. I'm also quite tempted to release a fair deal of noise, and do unless I really can't right then. As far as what I'm feeling I'd I feel the pleasure releasing from my around in waves that work themselves through my body. They overlap but leave pleasure everywhere they've gone, particularly in the areas you described.

My orgasm usually follows these phases..

phase 1- body starts to get warm, nipples, clit vag start to tingle

phase 2- mild sensation begins to build in lower belly/clit starts to feel really good. Wetness begins to drip from vag

phase 3- sensation starts to grow and starts to fully move all the way down to my vag/clit and is concentrated(feels like my clit has a million butterflies trying to escape.

Phase 4- vag/clit begin to throb/mild contractions involuntary start to happen trying to relieve the tension by itself.

Phase 5- I finally give in, vag area feels like it explodes with fiery tingles/wetness while my nipples are extremely hard and sensitive

This is a really, really good description of what I feel during my build up as well. I posted my description for what was basically phase 5 before, in case no one's seen it before:
It's just me a radiating feeling of pleasure that surges throughout my body that leaves me with a generally good, elevated feeling for a time afterwards. ("afterglow" As for the orgasm itself, the build up begins in my genital region and from there the feeling rapidly expands throughout my body, it goes quick but I can distinctively feel when it surges through my stomach, breasts, thighs, and feet. After that it's quick, non-stop and overlapping waves of pleasure for 25-35 seconds before I start to come down. I can keep control for the most part, but if i'm in a position where I can really let go my back and neck arch, eyes close, mouth opens, toes curl, legs shake, and breathing increases to a pretty sharp and fast level
