Pain

I've had progressive pain in first the right foot and ankle and now have pain in both feet and ankles. I did a web search and found the answer to my pain. The pain was in my ankles and heels. I bought pain creams, magnet treatments, many shoes, pain tablets. I wrapped the insoles on my feet with ace bandages and socks and wore them and the pain is slowly leaving. What relief I don't have to crawl to the bathroom anymore. Anyone know of some good inexpensive arch support shoes?

In my drum corps, arch support is a really big issue as we spend hours upon hours marching around crappy fields. The most popular shoes for us have been New Balance (http://www.newbalance.com/)sneakers, which have ample arch support, are comfortable, and even look pretty nice. :daisy:
