Getting some weed from my friend

One of my friends smokes weed a lot, and says that she really enjoys it. Once when I was at her house she asked if I wanted to get high with her, and I said yes, but she didn't have any. I'm really tempted to ask her for some, but I'm not really sure how to ask properly without sounding like an idiot. She's a pretty laid-back person, and would probably be fine with it, but I just don't know how to word it. I'm really curious about trying weed, and she is the only person that I'm friends with that has any/knows how to get some. Any suggestions for how I can ask her without sounding stupid?

ETA: We just finished the school year, and she probably isn't coming back next year, so the only way I can get in contact with her is iMessage, because she doesn't have a phone right now. Is there any way to ask her via iMessage without it sounding weird or stupid?

just go to her house and after awile of being there just say do you want to get high and then she will probly say yes then you get high its that simple

I had the same problem pretty much but I had to ask a friend for "a friend of his"' number.
Just ask it, and get high. lol
