Male puberty last till 21 years of age in most, so there is still plenty of time for it to grow. I wouldn't worry about it too much if possible.

yeah dont worry about it too much, you wont stop growing until youre about 23 plus guys hit puberty at different stages so dont worry too much about it, itll grow in time.
