Confused about my future military education

Hello,well basicly i joined the military high school 5 years ago,now i'm at the military academy and i just feel like it's not for me,i joined because my father wanted this ,he passed out when i was 13,with 1 year before i could chose the highschool i want,i chosed the military profession becasue i know my father would want this and in all this years i was extremely confused about what i'm doing,i have moments when i just want to run away and do something diferent,but yet...today i attended the national military parade and for the first time since i chosen this path,i felt pround of me and of my achievements,and i guess my father would be too.
I just don't know if i chosen with the brain or with my hearth ,i'm realy confused or just idiot..I just dont know if i want something diferent or continue this.

Well, my advice would be not to stop right now. 'Cause if you don't like it, you'll be sure of your choice one of these days. Listen to your heart, take your time to think it over, and just think about YOU and your needs : indeed you can't choose something as important as your future job according to your father's desires. Even if he denies it for the time being, he'll be as much proud if you excels in doing what you like.
