I'm not hugely sure if this belongs here, so if it doesn't I'm sorry.
So ever since I was quite young, I've gotten this feeling that people in photos are watching me, as if that person could actually see real time what I was doing - and it's been an on and off thing for a few months at a time for a few years.
It came back again a little while ago, but instead of just feeling that my photographs are watching me, I feel like wherever I go there is someone, or something watching me or following me. It's almost as if I believe there are tiny, hidden cameras inside every room of my house, and virtually every other place I visit.
It's just kind of frustrating I suppose because even though I know I'm being silly, I can't shake the feeling and I'm constantly on edge, it's like I can never be alone.
So I guess what I just wanted to kind of ask, was if this kind of thing happens to anyone else? Or any ideas about what might help 'shake off' the feeling of paranoia?
