Heartbroken and Jealous

I like this guy who is my best mate but he has a girlfriend.
I saw him today (sat 30 nov 13) and he was all over his gf and she was all over him. He knows i like him and so does his brother and sister.
I was left feeling Heartbroken and Jealous.
What do i do?
How do i ditch these feelings and emotions?

Try talking to him about it, but if he doesn't reciprocate your feelings, it's best to move on

When I have problems I just vent, whether on the send a message thread or just to one of my friends over Skype

talk to him , move on if he doesn't feel the same, but son't let him see the pain, that will encourage him to do it more.
