I'm a fairly skinny boy with a tiny bit of muscle and am looking to build up my muscle (6pac,pecs and muscle arms and shoulders) my legs are quite muscly!
What would u suggest as a good starting weight Training program ie. weights and reps sets and so on ?
Also do u use any supplements?
How long has it taken you to get to your goal and how often do you work out?

As much as i hate Layne Norton, his workout is pretty good for a beginner:

Personally i don't use supplements, they're a waste of money and time - eating right will do more for you than any amount of supplements. Make sure you're getting a protein rich diet, with complex carbohydrates and simple sugars post workout. Keep your fat intake fairly high as a guy going through puberty needs it for good hormone function.
I'm currently 6ft and 100kg or 220lbs, been working out for about 4 years but that last 2 seriously. Planning to compete in either physique or bodybuilding in the coming years.
