You know,you watch Masterchef and all of a sudden feel like you too can create winning menus,you try it out and....you realise your dreams of being a masterchef have been shattered

Mine were some Cornish Pasties.I used chicken,potatoes,parsley,pineapples,spinach,carrots,onions and tomatoes.
And peanut butter and polony sandwiches.

A couple years ago, I was convinced I was going to be a professional chef (a consequence of watching too much Rachel Ray), and thought I was skilled enough to make a chocolate soufflé. The product of my pitiful attempt at an intermediate recipe was a strange chocolately goop with chunks of cooked egg here and there.

Fuck soufflés.
