To the OP (original poster, since you're new here, you might not know that term), it'll grow. Mine isn't huge and I'm 15. I've been worried about my own size, as well... I'm cut, 5-5.5 inches when I'm hard, and 3 inches when I'm soft. I'm close to turning 16, though, so don't worry too much about it.

just because it is small now, doesnt mean that itll be small forever. some people just grow at different rates. dont worry too much about it. as long as it still works dont worry about it :)

Dude don't sweat too much about it. Tbh everyone is different and I learned here on VT puberty ends at like 22 y.o so you have still like 7 years to grow. I'm 13 and still have no pubes. Every singly 13 y.o guy I asked told me have tons so I have just to wait my time.
