When a diary gets deleted, shouldn't your post count go down?
Because I noticed when Jess' diary was deleted, her post count stayed the same.
Can someone give me some insight?

If I'm correct, cuz I could be wrong but I noticed this in Hannah's diary, I'm pretty sure posts do not count in a diary. For example, if I had 36 posts, and I posted in a diary, even though I made a post, my post count would still be 36.
OMG that was sooooo ironic. I actually have 36 posts!

That was only a new rule, about a month ago posts still counted in most diaries
What I'm guessing happened is: In order for post count to go down in a diary if one is deleted, post count will need to be turned on, and then the diary will need to be deleted. Once post count is turned off, the diary permissions (as far as I know) say that no posts in that diary ever counted, even though they were not retrospectively subtracted from one's post count. If it was turned on and then deleted, this might not be the case.
That's just my thoughts on it, but it could be something completely different xD

Ah yeah that makes sense. It took me a few read-throughs to get that all in my head, but it all makes sense. Let's just wait til one of the admins shows up to answer the question. haha
