i agree with ant. the only chance you have to save your friendship is to tell him before she does. but the other thing is, she obviously allowed you to do that, i know i would be more pissed off with her if it happened to me. she needs to accept part of the blame too.

Anthony: He said he approved of watching eachother, but no more. We took one extra step. He and Bethany are very open with eachother, so shes going to tell him. As Stephen said, remember that the girl should take some of the blame too. After-all, she did kind of just sit there and let this happen. I wouldn't think she'd be telling her boyfriend for the sole purpose of getting you in trouble--she knows she's in the doghouse too. Wait for your friend to call you or for you to see him next if you can't a hold of him yourself, whatever happens first, and let him say whatever he has to say to you, then apologize. I don't think he will forgive you entirely, not at first, but hopefully he will understand that it was an accident and it won't be happening again (right?).

If it were me involved, especially if I were the boyfriend, I'd think it was a big deal. Unless they're just dating casually and they're free to see other people, then it'd be ok. Obviously she doesn't think so, but wait to see what your friend says before you say it's nothing. He gets the final say on if it's a big deal or not. Hopefully he forgives you and ya'll live happily ever after. But don't be surprised, if he's pissed.
