Feeling after smoking Cigarettes

How do you feel after smoking cigarettes? Do you get a "high"? In my past experience it felt high once after smoking a cigarette...

I always felt considerably calmer whenever I smoked a cigarette. I've quit ever since, but I'd be lying if I say I don't crave a cigarette every once in a while.

Indeed,it get's you a bit "high",for example if you smoke now and smoke again in like 6-7 hours you are going to feel a bit dizzy,this happens at me at the morning cigarette for at least 4-5 years.

I have smoked ten so far.
They make me lightheaded at first.
But then calm. They are very satisfying.
But I also notice my lungs hurt when I
wake up the next day and take a deep breath.
I think they are totally bad news.
I hope I don't get hooked.

I don't smoke very often, as I don't have any of my own, but whenever I'm with one of my friends she will have one and offer me one as well. I quite enjoy them, and find myself calm while/after smoking. I don't know if it's specifically related to the smoking or not though.

Depends on how stressed I am. If I'm really stressed, then yeah it calms me down.

The more you smoke, the more you will need in order to feel that head rush. Basically it's the nicotine that does that to you. But some say it's because when you smoke, oxygen in your body/brain is replaced, which makes you lightheaded.

yeah but it matter what your smoking i love newports but i hear that there worse for you then regular cigs because they use 2 as much chemicals for menthal so there is more of a high and i don't think that it just comes from the oxygen i think it comes from the chemicals too

Sometimes I feel like I need a shit after smoking lol, you get a high from the nicotine the first couple of times because you're not used to it.
