I've noticed that I'm growing quite tall and that I'm gaining weight. I've also began too eat, like alot. I use to work out but gradually just stopped. What kind of softcore routines could I do to began working out again?

Simple cardio exercises to start off and then you can increase the intensity as time goes on and your fitness improves. If you live in a house with stairs that's a bonus as stair climbing is a very good exercise.

Well your probably looking for something a little more manly but i dance ALL the time. I dance my ass off it helps a lot to keep me in shape. I also bike ride and run a lot to an that is all easy stuff you could do too.

Well I dont know much about this but you can try HIIT (high intensity interval training) it works I've been wantingito try but haven't gotten to it
