Slovenian hockey star Anže Kopitar or »Kopi« shot the final goal at the NHL game between his team Los Angeles Kings and the Vancouver Canucks. After the 2:2 tie after the regular time, »Kopi« shot the goal in the first minute of overtime.

"We played great in the first third, but later we subsided. But got ourselves together just in time and could and come manage to secure victory," Kopitar said after the game.
This was his second goal and his 23th point of the season. The LA Kings have reached a point for ten consecutive games in a row now and are in third place in the Pacific conference and the fifth place in the Western conference.
