No, I just pull my underwear down far enough for me to relieve myself without getting any clothing messy. I usually wear boxer-briefs or boxers.

I wear briefs and I have never used the slit to pee. I just unbutton and slide pants and underwear down far enough to do my business and be on with my day...from what I have seen, most guys do the same way
