Well, in order to for us to help you, you need to know what you're going to ask.


The reasons why you get hard a lot would be hormones, most males from 12 - 14 get that. It's just a natural thing that happens due to your hormones going crazy.

Without going in to too much details on the first one, masturbation for a boy is stimulation of the penis by rubbing on it. A foreskin (not forensic skin) is the piece of skin that covers the head of the penis. Boys that are circumcised (sometimes referring to being cut for short) have had this piece of skin removed, so if the head of your penis is exposed, don't panic, that is quite normal.

For a 13 year old, yes. We all develop at different rates, so for a 13 year old, it can be all sorts of sizes dependant on how far through puberty you are. For an average adult male, it's usually 5 to 7 inches (though not the end of the world if you're smaller or bigger!).
