I eat all my cum now because I find that's the easiest way to clean up, but before I did that I used an old raggedy shirt that I never wore any more and I kept it in my underwear draw which is in reaching distance from my bed (which is where I masturbate mostly), no one ever noticed it or commented on it, even though it got pretty full because I shoot pretty big loads, but I just made sure to slip it in the wash at least nonce a week and that prevented buildup :)
