AIM icon help

ok. I want and aim icon but all the pics in my files are to big it cant be over 7168 bytes or something like that and it cant be more than 64 pixels or less than 15 pixels. how big is 7168 bytes? help please, this is drinving me insane.

It's about 7 kilobytes if I'm not mistaken. This means that if you have a gif file, than you shouldn't have that many complex frames in it. As long as you use jpeg format for the file, you shouldn't go above 7KB. I think you can use Window's standard Paint to get the correct size, but if ya need some professional quality editing, just ask :)
