How do i make a Group?

I wanted to make a comic geeks fan group. Can only Mods Make them?

I want to create a group as well. But for some reason mine does not show the create a new group thingy at the bottom. Do you have to have a certain amount of posts to create one????

Yes, I think it is 500 and 90days membership

What Dark Wolf said above is correct. To make a social group, you need 500 posts and 3 months of membership. You can always ask someone who meets those requirements to make a group for you and transfer the membership to you when you meet the requirements.
