Unless my penis is simi-hard its a little bit hard to use a uninal because its so short. Does anyone else have this problem?

Well... but urinal is one of the the most difficult places where you can "check" other dicks. Your penis is in front of a wall.

I'm only 2-3" soft and I've never really had this problem, just get close to the urinal and let the force of the stream carry it

I don't have this problem because I don't use urinals; I just use the stalls.

I'm a grower and my dick is about 2 inches on a good day but if I'm cold my dick really shrinks. I tug it a little and just pee. I don't care what other dudes think.

I don't see the problem unless you are an old man with prostate trouble and your pee oozes out. Surely for most guys your stream can reach from wherever your penis finishes to the urinal?

No, Ive never had this problem. But my advice would be to use the urinal in the corner, because only a perv would take the one right next to you. When your peeing, don't draw much attention to yourself, you could curve your fingers a little to block the view of those peekers. If the urinals are full, use the stall. To make it a bit more manly and to make the fact that your hiding your dick less obvious, you should spread your feet a distance, stand straight, and DONT close the door behind you. This will make others think that your bladder was about to bust and you didn't have time to wait for a urinal, you had to use the closest thing possible which is a stall. They wouldn't even question the size of your dick.
But actually, getting semi erect when you piss is just fine too, I prefer that feeling of a meatier dick than normal. I don't have anything to be ashamed of, but I do still try to get semi hard to about 5 inches and draw a little attention just to make others think my dick is bigger than what it really is. No matter our size, men want bigger dicks. Your at that age where you may hit puberty late or early, you will probably be late and you will most likely not have this problem anymore.

I had this problem when i was growing up, i learned just to stare at the ceiling and relax and it would all justh appen. Your nervousness makes it worse.
