Is my crush 'the ugly girl'?

Hi, I have a crush on a girl in my class who is aparrently ugly. I've had guys I'm my class commenting things like "Oh *****, She's ugly" and girls teasing her in person and behind her back. I don't care what other people think of her but I want to know if other people genuinely find her unattractive or its just a case of 'kids being kids' so to speak. I think she is pretty and quite physically attractive so I'm not sure why the general population don't seem to think so? Is it just my taste?

I don't give a flying what people think of her and I'm not basing my opinions of her on anyone else's. I think I love her and I was curious whether you guys thought I might have a better chance with someone that doesn't get much attention :)

Uhm tbh i just wouldnt give 2 shits about what other People think about her!!
If u talk to her and ur crush develops into love (meaning u dont only like her Looks but more importantly her personality and stuff) then u should let some Little Kids stop you from confessing to her because she could be the right Person for you :)

She's might not be there type but if u like her than go for it,don't listen to the other boys

Huh... Well, I got the same problem. My (still don't know what to call her) has very long, visible, black arm hair, and all the popular idiots think she's stupid and ugly. Well, also no one else's opionons matter in this thing except yours. So what if other people think she not goodlooking? So??? Not meant as an insult. Admins watching me. I mean, you seem to get it, but I'll just reiterate that it totally doesn't matter what other people think. You're a freshman, I guess, so you'll learn eventually (I wish I had learned sooner), but high school doesn't matter. All the dumb bullshit people throw at you, what people say, none of it matters. After you get out, you realize how pointless all that stuff was. Just stick with your real friends, and do whatever makes you happy.
