Yes, I freeball in school and in public. I will freeball in summer to keep my dick cool and freeball in winter because it is amost impossible to get random boners with the cold. Like most freeballers, I freeball because I like my dick free and loose. It gives it more room to move naturally. A few more reasons why I like freeballing are because I don't have to hunt for the hole in underwear to get my dick out to pee and you can just slide it back in when through. I also like to let people see my bulge. I don't try to make it obvious, but let them notice my bulge and get to use their imagination a little. LOL
