I am a very jumpy person who gets scared very easily. Sometimes when im out, usually at night, and see a figure or shadow from a distance I automatically imagine the scariest thing that comes to mind when I see that object that that may not be clearly seen or out of focused in my line of sight. It feels like its actually there and freaks me out for a second, but it takes a while for me to get back to me senses to know its not what I imagined. Is this just me being easily scared or something more serious.

Naaa, your fine. Your just a jumpy person ;)

If you were convinced that the shadow was "sinister creature" or something and you didnt come back to your senses. That would be a problem. But you realize it's not what you thought.

Some people are jumpyer than others. Its totally normal. :)

Don't worry it might be an active imagination

Is that really any different than a little kid
being sure there is a monster in the bedroom?
I still get feelings like that at times.
That there is some entity in my room when I'm in bed.
I do not go walking out at night by myself
but I am sure it would be spooky and I would
feel like there was someone/something lurking
in the shadows.

I'm pretty sure you only have an active imagination, don't give it too much thoughts.
