Is there a reason why my hormones are getting to the point that im watching porn 2 hours a day im active in school life and have lots of friends and now i have a problem masturbating because i think twice now on leaving the house and masturbate all night i really do think im becoming addicted to this guys give me advice to stop this behavior im doing it now about 4-5 times a day on weekends and week days about 3 times.:(

My advice is to start playing video-games or a hobby or start weightlifting ext. Anything to keep you occupied or to make yourself to tired to j/o.

I was the same when I first started to masturbate, but over the years, I've grown out of my habit. So maybe that will happen to you too.

I just never started jacking off in the first place. But my advice for you is be around people more. Chances are, you wont wanna jack off in a crowd.

I think the weightlifting suggestion is a good idea. You can put all that energy into getting buff.

I'd start setting a very specific limit for yourself, like say no matter what, you'll only jerk off once or at most twice a day.
Then go for a long run instead. Doesn't require any specific equipment or being at the gym, and you can just do it whenever the mood strikes you.

That is too much, and I know the feeling. Try to stay outdoor as long as you can and do some hard work out either running or play sport, just make yourself feel tired so when you come back you will sleep and instead of wank.

Try to stay in places where you can't masturbate like in your living room, park, open areas, playing video games, etc.
