Yesterday's dinner was a homemade mostaccioli that the principal of my high school dropped off. Homemade rolls with honey, steamed vegetables and a garden salad made by my sis Jamie rounded out the table. Quite delicious and enough left over for tonight!

Made Ginger Skirt steak with rice and tomato's
Get a 1 to 2 pound steak
Remove the silver skin and the like.You use a dry rub to get the extra water out and let it set for a hour or so. Cut up some mushroom and sweet onions and cook till cooked down and set aside. In an over heat to 450F.
Heat up a cast Iron skillet and wipe with a oil that takes heat well. When it starts smoking add the steak and cook on one side 4 min. when you can lift it with out tugging it is ready to turn over, turn over. Cook another 4 min.
Take skillet and put in the stove for 5 min.
Get the rice you like and cook the way you want and how much you will need.

Remove the steak from the oven and on to a platter to rest for 5 to 10 min. I wrap min in foil. After the resting of the steak slice into 1\2 inch slices agenst the grain. Place the rice in a plate add cut steak and mushroom\onion blend and eat. So good for steak and eggs for breakfast.
