Hormones or What.

Do you guys ever feel or get like really sad for no reason? Like would you one day wake up sad af and have been fine and happy the day prior and don't even know why your sad? Because of this I like to distance myself away from people and I don't really like it. Im not sure if im depressed or if its just the hormones either....

I get the same feelings. sometimes I want to lock myself in my room and just listen to my music and get lost in it and other times I need to b with friends cause im lonely. I would say it is the high and low hormones. I think if u r sad everyday u would need some help with that.

Its hormones i hate them lately my moods have been changing and i am becoming really addicted to masturbating and i used to never laugh at sexual jokes and now i bust out laughing. I also noticed my mood changed from being cheerful funny guy to a quiet patient kinda guy yea hormones and me dont mix and i hope they calm down soon because my j/o problem is not going uphill but yea just know its normal. :yes:

I got the feeling too when I was younger, sometimes I still do. I dont think the hormones cause that feeling. Maybe that is what it called growing pain.

I'm 13 and a fast developer. Seems like ever sicen 1 was 11 mood starts swining and sometimes I get really mad and have to distance myself too, before I hurt someone

Well, I battle depression, so it may just be that... I also have anxiety a lot :P

Yeah I get really depressed and then talk to some of my friends and they make me feel better but yeah it's hormones

Yea I do. I think it's the hormones fault. But after all my girlfriend will cheer me up :) so I am fine with it.

Hormones can affect but I think the problem is other thing. Maybe something you don't even know. Eg. A bad situation from the past, something you don't want to tell to anybody, a secret, bad moments because of friends… Everybody have hormones but not all people feel sad and depressed :)

All kinds of stuff happens inside the brain, especially with hormones, so when things like that pop up unexpectedly, it's nothing other than the usual.
