I highly, highly doubt many people do that. Not only do I see that as disrespectful to your partner(s), but, more importantly, to yourself. I think that's more so done in porn than reality. Also, especially with group sex, there's always the risks of STDs, pregnancy, etc. I think it should require a lot A LOT of time, feelings, respect and trust to be sexually active with one person (for me, at least). I do agree that a lot of porn is fake. In reality there are many many things that can change the way sex feels. Even something as simple as being hungry. I grew up in a nude household. I have seen countless people both in public, and at home nude. The human body in itself is not sexual. Nor are the genitals very sexual. Until you really "get into the field and see it for yourself" it gives false expectations of what making love/sex/fucking is like. I'm not trying to bash it too hard, I do watch plenty (and I've seen some really....intense/weird stuff) but I also know the reality is not going to be like that. Getting wet on an empty stomach is annoying, because your stomach growls and it ruins the mood some. Or the same right after a meal. A full stomach will make you feel sluggish.
