Genital Pimple

Ok well after masturbating the other day i noticed that the next day that this pimple or sumthing was on the shaft its hurts like hell, what is it? should i worry about it?

I assume it is just a pimple and perfectly normal. But, if you are reeeeally concerned, see a doctor.

It's possible that it could be an ingrown hair. Either way, take a warm bath, let it soak a bit, and try gently scratching at the top of it to encourage the hair to pop back out if that's what it is. Don't try to pop it, that's more likely to start bleeding and then you have an annoying scab on top of it all. It should go away on it's own, but the temperature of the water should either soften the skin so the hair can grow back out normally, or open your pores a little bit so if it's just a regular old pimple it can go away a little sooner.

It's more then likely an ingrown hair. It's nothing to worry about I have a few myself :)

whenever we get questions like this, the first (incorrect) response is the 'ingrown hair' explanation. You don't really have a lot of hairs on the shaft, so it can't really be an ingrown hair.

The better bet is the dreaded friction burn, caused by aggressive rubbing. You've either got a blister or an irritation, no big deal, put a little vaseline jelly on it for a few days and adjust your grip.

It can also just be a hair follicle, which contains some sort of liquid before the hair grows.
