I believe what you are thinking is a bit wrong. The reason you may think this is because guys who start puberty earlier tend to masturbate earlier as well. But what you may not notice is that they grow earlier as well, since they began puberty early.

possibly, I didn't start masturbating until i was 15 and I'm pretty small. I think it's just because if you masturbate early then you're an early bloomer so will grow at a younger age and if you start masturbating later then youre a late bloomer so will grow later, i doubt the amount of masturbation has an influence on penis size
