I have a friend (Mary) who broke up with her now ex-boyfriend, let's call him Jack, about 3 months ago. She also knew another friend of mine, let's call him Daniel, for about 4 months. Mary and Jack has been dating since freshman year of high school.

So after the breakup (3 months ago), just recently Mary and Daniel made out and had sex. Mary felt that she had feelings for Daniel even though she knew he wouldn't have any feelings back. She said Daniel was kind of like a rebound. Mary texted Daniel back saying how she felt, and hoped to see and talk to him again, and hoped to remain as friends. It's been a week since Daniel communicated with Mary, and she doesn't know how he feels or what's going on in his mind. She asked me "What should I do?" Well I don't know because I've never been in a relationship.

What do you think she should do??

I haven't been in one either but I guess she should just talk to him about it and see how things go from there. Sorry, I wish I could be more help.

She should be honest with him, above all, and ask him if he has any feelings for her.

Mary did text him, quite a lot, about how she felt about him, but Daniel hasn't replied back.

She has to be honest and say that she has feelings for him. Then see how he reacts. If they had sex he obviously has some type of feelings for her

Mary did text him, quite a lot, about how she felt about him, but Daniel hasn't replied back.

Then maybe she could meet with him and tell him face-to-face.
