The low sperm count answer keeps coming up and it is wrong. Just ask any adult who has had a vasectomy and they will confirm their cum, with no sperm in it, is still white.

Most of the liquid in cum (semen) comes from two glands, the prostate and the seminal vesicles. Semen that is clear, or not fully white, is normal in early puberty. It looks from the above that this will be due to the seminal vesicles developing slightly ahead of the prostate.

It is interesting to note that you say you shot recently. I find that my cum shoots further if I spend longer aroused before finally cumming and typically there is more cum, it is thinner, and the white colour is not quite as opaque when I do that as if the cum is somehow more dilute.

The "fish" smell is smegma (if uncircumcised). It's that white small stuff that contains dead cells and semen. Just wash it off with warm water. But don't use soap if it's irritated.
