So, I'll cut to the chase, I'm 16 and I live in the UK, My penis is 3.5 inches when flaccid and only 5-5.5 inches when completely errect, I'm a virgin and I have major confidence issues about it, is this normal? You are still growing and 5.5 inches is not a bad size. If a girl did laugh at it, it's not worth having a "special moment" with her.

Thanks for the quick reply guys, but the thing is, I'm living in college halls. And the males occasionally do have their penis' out in the shower room. There's looks so much bigger than mine! I'm just worried about it all, I also heard that it would get bigger? How long do I have to wait until it grows?
