I'm a straight 13-year-old and I watch porn (like many I'm assuming). I watch porn 2 or 3 times a week, sometimes more. It's normally only for about 5 or 10 minutes each time.

Is this normal, and how much is a normal amount of porn a week?

I don't know, if you let it affect your personal and social life, it can mean you are addicted to it, just like people who smoke are addicted to cigarretes. But hey, I don't want to worry you, maybe I'm just overthinking, and it's probably your hormones that are at their peak... ;)

As long as it doesn't have a negative effect in your life, i opine that it's fine.
Scientifically speaking, what you see alters the 3-dimensional configuration of your brain which conclusively affects how you think and act!
To be on the safe side, watch those stuffs moderately like maybe once or twice a week.
Remember that you are still a very young teen and your brain has a lot to develop.
Don't let such a stuff hamper your future.
Again I'll advise: watch moderately. Maybe once or twice a week.

I am really not sure there is one "normal" amount.

Someone mentioned addiction and the test of whether other aspects of your life are adversely affected such as schoolwork or socialising. That's the test I'd use for masturbating, which is obviously linked to watching porn, but which is not exactly the same thing.

Essentially you can masturbate as much as you like as long as you still leave time for the other important things in your life.

With porn watching I would suggest the bigger risk is that if you use porn every time you masturbate you may train yourself to only be aroused when viewing it. I can't say how easily this would happen but it seems wise to me to masturbate some of the time just using your imagination.
