You're normal :) I'm 2" when soft so I'm pretty small, but in a locker room I'm rarely the smallest, there's always someone smaller or at least the same size. Everyone is different, some people are growers and some are showers and some are somewhere in between. I have friends who are tiny while soft but get huge when hard and others who are big when soft but are comparatively small when hard. There's no range of what's 'normal'

Its not a problem. Most guys should know that soft size is no indication of erect size. Mine probably looks quite big soft - 4.5 inches, but its smaller than yours when erect at 6.5 inches. So I guess you're a grower... and 7 inches is definitely bigger than average, so good for you!

Yes mines very small when soft (granted it's not big when hard ether so… I digress) it's normal for ur soft to be small and hard to be big.
