It's not harder to clean when you're uncut. You just need to pull your foreskin back and wash it everyday. That does not require a great effort :)

I'm cut. Advantage is you don't need to clean inside the foreskin-- it's not even there anymore. Disadvantages are you need to use more lube/precum, sensitivity on your dickhead is lower than usual (I was cut at birth, so I wouldn't know), and you're not natural when you're cut (which is what I hate the most. I wish it was my natural dick)
