So when I'm soft most of the time it usually like tucks in. But then its all out and is a lot bigger. it goes from like 2 inches to 5+ inches soft, I'm 15. To be more clear the head tucks into the shaft. I'm cut also

yea its normal im cut to it happens dont worry about it i think it might be for the scar.

Some boys are growers (like you and me, I go from3 to 8nches soft to hard), others are showers, where there isn't much change in size. Being cut or uncut makes no difference.

I don't c that there is anything that wrong. if u get to 5+ inches
soft I wouldn't worry bout it.

You don't have to worry about being 5+ inches soft.

Well, if he has it ... nothing can do about it, but it's larger than the average for a soft penis and could be some problematic to "accommodate" during day...

I mean that we boys always like to have a bigger penis ......... but, in fact, to go to an extreme like to have a very very big penis isn't comfortable neither.

Im super grower like 2" soft and get double hard so I think is ok. Im uncut btw.

I'm not cut and my head is in the foreskin when I'm not erect but when I am my foreskin is too short
