So my two best friends and I, we usually go down to the beach quite a bit and have a good time, then afterwards we head back home and skinny dip in the pool to get the rest of the sand and stuff off because the water hoses by the pool are not very good at all. It got a little weird last weekend. We were relaxing in the pool and then all of a sudden before I knew it, we started playing with each other. This has never happened before and we have been skinny dipping together for a while now. I can't say I didn't like it. Is this normal at all? I always considered myself straight and just a little bit curious, but I don't know what to think about all this.

It's normal to try stuff like touching and maybe wanking each other, and it's harmless. The only thing likely to get damaged is your friendships if you felt awkward afterwards and avoided each other. If you were all ok with it, then just enjoy experimenting!

It's totally normal. Most str8 guys here on VT are curious, just like you said you are. How can you be sure you're str8 if you haven't tried fooling around with some guys? You'll never know if the shoe fits if you don't try it on! Also - you commented that you liked it. There's nothing wrong with that and it doesn't make you gay. You could turn out bi, but why the need for labels. If it feels good, do it. Like someone else said, the worst thing you could do is force yourself to be a certain way because society, religion, your parents or whatever else tells you you have to be a certain way.

Be true to yourself; be proud of the young man you are, you have no imperfections, and sexuality is a God-given gift to be enjoyed, not punished for. God doesn't care who you sleep with any more than He cares what sex you choose to love. What matters is THAT you love and the integrity and honesty and compassion you have for the person you love.

You've got lots of time to figure this all out. In the meantime, you and your friends enjoy life, enjoy your friendships, enjoy life and have fun. If it happens again, enjoy it. No judgement.

Put your friendship first. Lots of teens have their friends and have some benefits, too. I don't think that hurts anything unless one of you really doesn't want to. The reason is usually guilt. That leaves the rest of you to do what you want.

In this day and age, everyone seems to feel the need to attach labels to their sexuality. The question I pose to you is, why? Who cares if you're gay or straight or something in between? If you want to do something, you feel comfortable with it, and it's consensual, do it! Especially while you are young. We are young. Experimentation is normal and a healthy part of development.
