Angel of Death
I sit, in class
Where my teacher is lecturing.
"Now, who defeated Napoleon?"
I hear my teacher ask, I know
The answer, but am too lost to answer.
Lost in my thoughts and battles that is.
Outside I look fine, though I know I am not
fine on the inside.
Thousands and thousands of thoughts bombard me,
Attack me,
Kill me.
Though I know I shouldn't,
Though I know I should,
I make plans, and back-up plans,
Write goodbyes.
Goodbyes and apologies.
No matter what, my beastie bites
and is ready to kill,
for the pain is too much.
I already know, 100% sure,
That I will fail, I just hope to go deep enough.
And be allowed peace,
Silence,
Calmness.
For only one thing can give me those.
I am sorry,
But I must go.
