Anybody know any good metal bands, preferably with clean vocals and heavy instrumentals, though I don't mind some screaming/growling. I'm into Avenged Sevenfold, Bullet for my Valentine, and Black Veil Brides.

Listen to Crown The Empire and The Amitu Affliction. They have screams and growls but they are good instrumentally and in cleans both of them are great.

Ahhh so many have been said already .o. It's pretty hard to give you bands with all clean vocals so there will be a little screaming in them. They're not all classed as 'metal' either but they're still heavy bands.

We Came As Romans
Crossfaith
A Day To Remember
Five Finger Death Punch
Killswitch Engage
Spineshank
While She Sleeps
Chiodos
Thy Art Is Murder - Just incase you decided clean vocals were boring you xD

I never said I was opposed to metalcore. I like some melodic metalcore
