hard to read

There is this guy and I've known him for as long as I can remember, but we never really got to know eachother on a deeper level, lately he and I have been hanging out at school more and we say hi in the halls, and during our one class we have together, he hangs with me and my friends, and we just have fun. thing is, my friends think he likes me. but I cnt figure it out, one day he's joking around with me and all fun and games and is totally fun to be around, and then the next day he's cool and collected and barely talks but just stands with me while I make casual conversation. it is a bit confusing. I'm not good at figuring out when guys like me, they usually have to spel it out for me in order for me to think it. I'm wierd I know but im not sure I like him...IF he likes me. I've known him all my life and I thought of him like a lil brother...(hes a year younger) so... he's hard to figure out

You never know until you try it, you can speculate and think but unless he or someone he's confided in tells you that he likes you, you won't know. You said you don't know if you actually like him, I think you need to figure yourself out first before trying to figure this guy out.
