Weird question right haha? But I'm serious. I'm not sure if this is considered rape...


When I was 7 years old my sister would have a friend (let's call her Chelsea) that would come over often. My sister is six years older than me and Chelsea was 7, so at the time my sister was 13 and Chelsea 14. Anyways Chelsea came over one day and went up to my bedroom with my sister. (My sister and I shared a room). They took a portable movie player and a disc with them. Being the little sibling I was, I naturally wanted to hangout out with my sisters friends. My sister didn't want me around them for some reason but Chelsea convinced her it'd be okay and better if I did come along. So I sat on one of the beds next to them to watch a movie. Well this wasn't a normal movie. It was a porn movie. I had never seen something like this before and was really shocked and my sister said it'd be better if I left but then Chelsea said I should stay because I will learn about it soon. After watching the movie Chelsea went onto the top of our bed with a bunch of pillows. We followed he up there and she barricaded the ladder down with the pillows. As time went by she and my sister started having lesbian sex and were having me be the lookout for our parents. I was literally RIGHT NEXT TO THEM. Then Chelsea pulled me over and told me to start giving her oral favors but I told her it was gross and I didn't want to do it. She said she had mouth wash and shed let me use it after and kept pestering me to do it. Finally I gave in but then i was forced to do it to my sister as well. Then they both did it to me and through out the entire process I was very uncomfortable. It finally stopped and I threw up in my bathroom almost immediately after. They said I wasn't allowed to tell my parents or anybody and I've lived up to it until this day. I still haven't told anybody and I have never spoken to my sister about it since then. Chelsea and my sister stopped being friends 6 years ago. Since this event I have been scarred and often look back on it. I've developed and interest for girls but whenever i'm in a relationship with a girl I get very scared when things start to get intimate. When I'm laying down in bed about to go to sleep this memory with pop back up in my head leaving me awake for several more hours. I really want to know if this was considered rape?



****Also, In the past Chelsea has tried to harm me by feeding me a mixture of bleach, hand soap, Hair remover, Shampoo, Body wash, and Glass Cleaner. She also smothered this mixture all over my hair and skin. My sister caught her right before she fed it to me but after she smothered me with it. She made me hop in a shower and clean myself quickly. Chelsea also carved my name in to a wooden dresser I owned and tried to frame me for doing it. My parents and sister believed her.*****

definitely rape. and trying to poison you? that makes it even worse because she's trying to pressure you not to tell anyone. don't ever, EVER feel guilty. don't feel like it's your fault, or that you did anything wrong. Psycho Chelsea is the person's guilty/wrong, and she's trying to pressure you so you don't say anything to anybody.

but maybe you should tell someone. you'd be a lot safer if Chelsea was handled by school/parents/police/etc.

Since oral sex is a form of sex, and her advances were quite obviously not wanted, I would consider it rape. I mean, that aside, she forced you to do something that you didn't want to, and that's never right, nor should it be tolerated.

Any sexual contact without your consent is rape. They were also under age which is also illegal.

Unfortunately depending on how long ago this was, it may be too late to report it officially. You should definitely speak to your parents or another adult you fully trust to tell them what happened. I guarantee you will feel a lot better in the knowledge that you are not suffering in silence.

According to whom? What you choose to call that experience it is up to you, but according to the law, YES, it would be considered statutory rape. Even though the perpetrator was a teenager, it's still a crime.

According to laws in every state in the US, a teenager who has sex with a preteen child has committed an offence. What different jurisdictions call it will vary, but it is a crime everywhere. And if it's something you want to tell the police (and I personally think you should), she can still be charged.

Teenage attempts to poison young children is an indicator of a psychopathic personality. It's not something that she'll ever grow out of. Seriously, look up Jeffery Dalmer and other serial killers... they all started killing small animals and hurting other children. This girl is a ticking time bomb. She WILL hurt others. It's only a matter of time.


This really is something you need to talk to a professional about. Even if you decide not to pursue criminal charges against that girl, it IS NOT something you will be able to work past on your own. There are SO many resources out there available to help you, take advantage of them. Please, take it from someone who knows how this can hurt you for years afterword, get help.
