Are girl orgasms the same as boy orgasms besides the obvious difference between boys and girls.

You'll have difficulties to get an answer to that... :-) Nobody knows what an orgasm of the opposite gender feels like.

To me it seems, as if female orgasms are more intensive and flood the whole body, while male orgasms concentrate more to the penis area.

I can't really say what it feels like since im not a Girl!
But from what ive heard/talked with my gf it is like when u have a really strong Boy orgasm that quite often goes through the whole Body (like the orgasms atleast i get when i cum at the same time she Comes!! if u have experienced that that might help u figure out how it feels)

I'd certainly say both sexes get that "bingo" feeling in the mind when we orgasms. I think girls are more likely to have more intense and full body ones, and repeat the feelings with multiple ones, when boys get it once and usually need a rest afterwards

Not sure about anyone else but I find my orgasm change from time to time in intensity as well as duration so asking if they are different from each other I would say yes in that respect but as far as what involuntary contractions and changes to the body take place during an orgasm my bf and I have pretty much decided they are more alike than different with a few important exceptions. During my orgasm I can feel my vagina pulsate and with his I can feel the penis jerk but he has an ejaculation and I just get very wet. Also most guys don't feel like continuing with sex after they ejaculate and most girls can keep going.

Because girls use to be multi-orgasmic, guys after we ejaculate it's game over that's why we'd try to last as much as possible :yes:

While we're young, yes I guess but I read that older guys (25 years old + ) have more difficult to ejaculate again in the same act.

And, let's say you can do it again in 10 minutes and with lucky a 3rd one 15 minutes later..... and then? Girls (women) can go on by nature......

The Biggest reason is because after a guy has ejaculated his sperm most guys interest in continuing sex is greatly diminished. I have been with one guy that proved to be an exception to this but by in large I feel most guys are like this.

while parts of your statement is true pertaining to limited sperm the ability to ejaculate to orgasm multiple times isn't entirely depended on have sperm available. After a guy has an ejaculation there is actually a physiological change in a guys libido which focuses his interest in directions other than sex. While a guy is young this refraction period is shorter than say a guy of 25, it's still there. About a year ago my bf was curious what Viagra would be like so he took one and by the end of the night he was having completely dry orgasms. His erection just never went away for almost 3 hours. So it is possible to have an orgasm with no sperm or semen.
