Nope none at all. You wiped your finger off therefore no sperm
However you should have washed your hands before fingering her because the dirt from your fingers can cause infections
So don't worry dude your safe

Wiping your finger does not magically get rid of sperm. You can still get someone pregnant with pre-cum. Which is why the pull out method is not a good ''birth control''. So saying there's no risk, is completely wrong, there is a risk however small it may be. Most likely she will not be pregnant but next time it's better to be safe than sorry.

Outside of the body sperm can stay alive for up to a few hours, it doesn't instantly die.

Really you can't be sure you got the sperm completely off without using soap and water or hand sanitizer, so yes there is a small chance she could get pregnant. It's not extremely likely however young girls are extremely fertile, so she should probably take a morning after pill to be safe.

No risk/very very very very minimal risk that I wouldn't worry about.
1. Most guys do not have semen/traces of sperm in their pre-cum. Pre-cum is made from the cowper gland and semen in the testicles. If you do produce it, the amount of sperm is much more insignificant, very minimal.
2. Sperm can only survive outside of the body roughly 20mins - 1 hour IF it is contained in semen (the liquid) and if it is not exposed to environmental factors. Sperm cannot survive for even seconds when semen is dry
= Therefore, even if you are someone who produces trace amounts of sperm in pre-cum (made even more unlikely since you had peed a few times), when you wiped off the semen the minimal amounts of sperm (if any) would have died almost instantly.
Basically there is a tiny tiny chance there was sperm on your finger in the first place, and a very very very very very good chance it didnt survive.

Note: This still doesn't mean the pulling out method is effective

Meh depending on where it is, his finger isn't ideal so they couldve died quickly thats why there's millions of them b/c theyre so weak

Yes, this. There's a very small but not zero chance. Try to make sure to not do that again.

It usually takes couples months to conceive a child having regular unprotected sex. There will have been minimal amounts of sperm on your finger if any, so the chances of her being pregnant are near impossible.
Especially since women are only fertile for a small window of a few days.
