There's nothing wrong with it at all, it's all about what feels the most comfortable. Personally I prefer to wear proper pyjamas but if you feel more comfortable sleeping naked then go for it.

I sleep naked pretty much all the time. It feels way better then when your wearing something. Just do it you'll see. You might get a boner the first few times just because, I know I did, but then it'll pretty much feel normal. If you have a bro or sis, just don't get caught.
